Precision Machined Components

Precision Machining can be defined as utilizing the highest function of a tool, program, engineering talent or equipment thus pushing the limits of design feature creation and materials science and performing these operations under the tightest tolerances defined by any sub-set of these manufacturing parameters.

Machined parts can be metal or plastic sometimes other materials tool, but they must be made from a material that can be cut without drastically deforming. Sometimes parts are machined after being built with another manufacturing process.

Types Of Manufacturing Process:

  • Casting and molding.
  • Machining.
  • Joining.
  • Shearing and forming.
